My iOS device shows a “loading” message but never loads.

If you're seeing a persistent "Loading" message using Safari on the iPhone or iPad, check to make sure you don't have private browsing enabled by going to Settings, and clicking Safari.

Once this is disabled, go back to Safari, open a new tab for Readability and try again.




If your settings are already like those shown above, we recommend Clearing the iOS Cache as a next step.
