My iOS device shows a “loading” message but never loads.

If you're seeing a persistent "Loading" message using Safari on the iPhone or iPad, check to make sure you don't have private browsing enabled. Go to your iPad Settings, then click Safari, then the Private Browsing option.
Once this is disabled, go back to Safari, open a new tab for Readability and try again.
