In Firefox you can change the keyboard shortcuts:
- open the Add-ons Manager (Tools menu > Add-ons; or Cmd-Shift-J)
- click the Extensions icon on the left of the Add-ons Manager

find Readability among your installed extensions, then click "Preferences"
- choose the keyboard shortcuts you prefer for Read Now, Read Later, and Send to Kindle.
In Chrome you can change by:
- control-click or right-click the Readability couch in your toolbar
- select Options
- choose the keyboard shortcuts you prefer for Read Now, Read Later, and Send to Kindle.
Safari keys are not changeable
Bookmarklets do not have keyboard shortcuts
